Donna Adamo better known as Elektra is an Italian American professional wrestler, professional wrestling manager and adult model who is best known for her time spent in Extreme Championship Wrestling.

Adamo adopted adopting the stage name Elektra after working the Northeastern Independent circuit, eventually joining Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW). In ECW, she worked alongside Lou E. Dangerouslys Dangerous Alliance, CW Anderson and Billy Wiles.
After only a couple weeks, Adamo became the manager of Danny Doring, and Roadkill. Soon after she would go on to manage fellow ECW superstars Chris Hamrick, Julio Dinero & EZ Money.
